The front and side elevation are wonderful. The pushing and stacking as seen on the side elevation are very dramatic. The front elevation is still dramatic, but can be much stronger. It can cantilever over the property line, but first you will need to start to organize your program within this form. This may help create the dynamic rear elevation and front elevation.
